Delivery Policy

 

1. Scope of Services

  • This delivery policy applies to all products and services offered by Warisan Terra Media, including:
    • Software (digital and physical delivery).
    • Hardware (physical delivery).
    • Website Development Services (project-based delivery).
    • E-Sport Event Management (service delivery).
    • Live Management Services (service delivery).

2. Delivery Methods

  • Software:
    • Delivery will be made via email or secure download link. The software will be delivered within the agreed timeline after payment confirmation.
  • Hardware:
    • Hardware products will be shipped to the customer’s designated address via a reliable courier service. Delivery times vary based on location and product availability.
  • Website Development Services:
    • Project milestones and final deliverables will be provided digitally via the customer’s preferred communication platform (e.g., email, project management tool).
  • E-Sport Event Management and Live Management Services:
    • Services will be delivered in accordance with the terms outlined in the service contract, including on-site or virtual presence as required.

3. Delivery Timeframes

  • Software:
    • Instant delivery upon payment or within 24 hours for on self software (For Digital license).
    • Standard delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the customer’s location (For physical license). 
  • Hardware:
    • Standard delivery times range from 3 to 10 business days depending on the customer’s location. 
  • Website Development Services:
    • Delivery timeframes are project-dependent and will be agreed upon in the initial project scope document.
  • E-Sport Event and Live Management Services:
    • Services are delivered according to the event timeline and as per the contract.

4. Shipping and Handling (Hardware)

  • Shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the hardware product.
  • Customers will be notified of shipping charges at the time of purchase.
  • Warisan Terra Media is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or customs clearance.

5. Delivery Confirmation

  • Software:
    • Confirmation will be sent via email once the download link or software key has been delivered (For Digital license).
    • Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment. A delivery confirmation will be required upon receipt (For physical license).
  • Hardware:
    • Customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment. A delivery confirmation will be required upon receipt.
  • Services:
    • A completion report or confirmation will be provided at the end of the service period.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

  • Software:
    • If the customer is unable to download the software, our support team will provide assistance within 24 hours.
  • Hardware:
    • In the event of a failed delivery due to the customer’s unavailability, a second delivery attempt will be scheduled. Additional charges may apply.
  • Services:
    • Missed service delivery due to client-side issues will be addressed as per the service agreement.

7. Returns and Exchanges (Hardware)

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the hardware is in its original condition.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was delivered.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Software:
    • Refunds are not available for digital products once delivered, except in cases of defective software.
  • Hardware:
    • Cancellations are accepted prior to shipment. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
  • Website Development Services:
    • Cancellations are subject to the terms of the project contract. Any work completed prior to cancellation will be billed accordingly.
  • E-Sport Event and Live Management Services:
    • Cancellations must be made within the timeframes specified in the service agreement. Any non-refundable deposits will be retained.

9. Customer Support

  • For any issues or inquiries regarding delivery, customers can contact our support team at 010833 6683.
  • Support is available 10am – 6pm, and we aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours.

10. Amendments

  • Warisan Terra Media reserves the right to amend this delivery policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to customers in advance.
