3. Project Abandonment: In cases of prolonged inactivity or lack of response from the customer for a duration of 60 days, Warisan Terra Media reserves the right to consider the project abandoned. In such cases, the deposit will be retained.
4. Unforeseen Circumstances: If unforeseen circumstances or technical limitations arise that prevent us from completing the project, a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed up to that point.
5. Client Satisfaction: We are dedicated to client satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our services, please communicate your concerns. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve the issue. Refunds, if applicable, will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
6. Refund Process: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of project cancellation. Refund processing time may vary, and refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.
